Shanghai, China, October 22, 2017 – Al’s Diner continues to expand with its newest concept Al’s Burgers, opening today in the B2 food court of Réel Department Store. Al’s Burgers will join two branches of Al’s Diner at Xinle Road and Xiangyang South Road, as well as Al’s Baking Co.
Building off diner favorites, Al’s Burgers focuses solely on the tried-and-true trifecta of American classics: burgers, fries, and shakes. All-new selections include the Swiss Melt Burger (55RMB) and the BBQ Bacon Burger (58RMB), along with originals like Gracie’s Cheeseburger (50RMB) and Al’s Double Burger (75RMB). All burgers can be upgraded to a set with fries and a soda (+15RMB).
Our signature items include:
- Al’s Double Burger: Go big with this customer favorite from Al’s Diner, featuring two juicy beef patties layered thickly between fresh sesame buns and a slice of crispy bacon for that extra crunch.
- Buffalo Chicken Burger: This towering creation offers a spicy kick to our burger selection. A thick piece of deep-fried chicken thigh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, pairs well with the creamy buttermilk coleslaw.
- Truffle Fries: Our truffle fries (35RMB) come thickly coated with truffle oil and topped with shaved Parmesan. A must-order, this crispy and delicious side easily elevates any meal.
Looking for more? Finish on a sweet note with one of our thick milkshakes, made exclusively from Gracie’s Ice Cream, or a scoop of ice cream. Al’s Burger will soon debut its classic breakfast items as well, like bacon, eggs, and pancakes.
Every dish is made fresh-to-order using the highest quality ingredients available. Sauces are produced in-house, while the burger buns are baked fresh daily.
